METALFRONT is the smart and highly effective response of Century to the increasing retailers’ demand for high quality stores EAS Surveillance + Metal Detection, as a double security to prevent shoplifting and ensure the best shopping environment. The all-in-one new METALFRONT series (EAS and Metal detection in the same antenna frame) brings security and protection to the next level, as it counts with the ability of detecting metal-lined bags, which are commonly used by ORC (Organized Retail Crime) offenders to lift merchandise and try to leave the stores with stolen articles without being detected.

The Century new AM + Metal Detection series brings fresh air and remarkable features into the traditional retail equipment segment. Century R&D team has completely reengineed its AM range, to offer the best solution to customers who need to make the optimal use of their sales surface, taking advantage of each single square meter for commercial purposes. METALFRONT combines both, the highest AM detection rate at widest possible aisle width between antennas and the most accurate metal coating detection (when thieves would pretend to make use of metal lined bags and cloths).

METALFRONT series goes on the market in two different sizes: CA78L + MD as the standard antenna dimension and CA78X + MD as the wider antenna dimension, to adapt the best solution to different store entrances layout.

This evolution and reengineered systems takes its design base from the well know strong and at the same time stylish Century ATENTO AM system. METALFRONT has the option to add the optional feature of a Remote Assistance module that allows certified Century partners to adjust the system parameters online, without the need to send a technician on the field, when the store space is open to the public.
