RFID Test Laboratory
This test laboratory space is used to test related performance items of RFID tags. The entire test platform is built based on the Finnish Voyantic tag performance tester, an open test environment like TIPP, and could provide corresponding test services in accordance with the test standards of ARC and TIPP.
Test items: label forward and backward power, theoretical distance, radiation pattern, label group reading effect, ISO 18000-6C protocol test.
Test Equipment and Instruments: TIPP open lab built based on Voyantic label performance tester.
Integrated Test Laboratory
This area of the Test Center is used to test the related performance items of various RFID reading and writing devices and antennas. The whole test platform is covered by dot spray-paint, and there is a square tube support frame on the top, to facilitate the construction of the corresponding simulation test platform on site. The laboratory can carry out the corresponding test services, according to the actual needs of customers.
Test items: RFID tag read & write distance, RFID antenna blind spot, transmission power and the use of customer scenarios.
Test Equipment and Instruments: International mainstream readers, Antennas, RFID tags.
EAS Test Laboratory
Dedicated EAS tag performance test tooling to accurately test the spectrum performance (center frequency, Q value, effective volume) of EAS tags. The test platform is built to test EAS-related performance items. EAS refers to commodity electronic anti-theft systems. It is a test platform, built based on the German VDI4470 standard. The entire test platform is covered with spot paint to reduce the reflection interference of wireless signals. It is an important reference for system-level testing of EAS tags and EAS antennas. The laboratory can provide corresponding testing services in accordance with VDI standards and customer needs.
Test items: EAS tag three-direction (X, Y, Z) distance, EAS antenna system three-direction (X, Y, Z) pass detection rate.
Test Equipment and Instruments: network analyzer, international mainstream antenna.
